Who can use it, and what can each person do?

A group is set up by its treasurer, and members join by invitation. Every group has an owner (usually the treasurer) and can add co-treasurers and viewers. Co-treasurers can record and edit entries alongside the owner; viewers can read the ledger and reports but can't change anything. Everyone sees the same numbers.

Is my group's data private?

Yes. Your group's records belong to your group — they are not sold, mined, or used for advertising, and there are no tracking or advertising cookies. Access to a group's books is limited to its invited members. The full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Can we get our records out?

Always. Your group's complete ledger can be exported as a CSV file at any time, and any report can be shared as a PDF. Your records are never held hostage.

What happens when the treasurer rotates?
